BAKING IN FRENCH
Are you passionate about French, baking (or eating!) and learning about the culture and secrets behind a traditional recipe?
YOUR FRENCH CONNECTION would like to invite you in la Boulangerie Brot Bakehouse School & Kitchen in collaboration with Heike Meyer for our interactive BAKING IN FRENCH workshops -- learning new baking techniques while developing your French language skills further!
These 2-hour workshops are offered in a modern, inviting bakehouse and kitchen located in the beautiful countryside in Fairfax (VT).
What is special about our BAKING IN FRENCH workshops?
A hands-on culinary experience for all cooking abilities--entirely in French--learning while doing!
Led by Heike Meyer, Your French Connection collaborator, and assisted by Alysse Anton, French Connection owner.
Personalized instruction with narratives about the cultural background of the recipe.
Demonstration and visuals helping everyone to understand the steps and techniques in the target language.
Maximum of 7 participants in each workshop, allowing plenty of time to practice the baking techniques and French.
Practical learning of kitchen vocabulary and a new recipe with straightforward steps to follow.
Learn and experience French in a lively and convivial atmosphere!
Cost and registration details:
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 7 people.
Cost per person: $70 -- Come with a friend and pay $65 each.
